Pregnancy: How to Prevent/Minimize Stretch Marks and Extra Skin During Pregnancy
I thought I'd VLOG instead of doing a full blog this week. Here are my personal tips for preventing stretch marks and extra skin (stretched skin) during pregnancy. I started a year before preparing. You don't have to have a year. The main thing is to get started to minimize or prevent altogether.
Below are simple products and techniques I still use even now with my second pregnancy. They may or may not work for you but you won't know until you try. As I mentioned in the video, I should have gotten stretch marks and stretched skin all over my belly for sure but I did not. Hallelujah!!... *Hands in the air.

These are the products mentioned in the video. I'm only using the first 2. The vegetable glycerine is optional but a great moisturizer. As mentioned in the video, some use the glycerine because it definitely softens the skin and prevents your skin from drying out which is one of the side effects of pregnancy for some.
