Got Moves? Have Some Pregnancy Fun!
I woke up today feeling like I've been taking it a little too serious and needed to change it up a bit. Before I got pregnant, a friend of mine told me about a girl on YouTube that does hiphop dance workouts and because I love to dance, I had to check her out. Shout out to Keaira LaShae's "U Name It Challenge" Dance Workout! I love her videos because she shows you how to do the dances and it's raw without all the extra production which is nice and refreshing for me. Not to mention, that waistline she has that gives me so much motivation every single time Lord Jesus! Oh! And let's not forget how she will make me arch that back and get low for a good twerk as well! Yes, I twerk out at the house, on my sisters, girlfriends, and my husband of course (...shshsh! Don't Judge Me!)... It's all in fun of course even though they get slightly embarrassed (LOLOL!) ... Look ya'll, I have a husband and having a dry personality is not an option in marriage. I am who I am but I don't want to always be so predictable all the time either. Be you at the end of the day, but remember, too, that marriage is supposed to be fun as well so keep that in mind. Grab your boo up out of that office, couch, phone, etc and do a little 2-step from time to time but remember to have fun with it. Doing things like this, especially being 21 weeks prego, helps me stay on my toes, keeps my husband guessing (*winks), and most importantly... F-I-T! Try it and don't take yourself too serious and just go for it! Have some FUN today ladies! :)
